Session 1--Becoming a Leader
Facilitated by Megan Barnett Bloomgren, '01, Senior Vice President for American Petroleum Institute

For young alumni and students who are early in their careers looking to develop their leadership style and skills.

Session 2--Identifying and Developing Talent
Facilitated by Seanna (Bruno) Crosley, '03, MA '07, Vice President for Make a Wish Foundation

For mid-career professionals engaged in recruiting, hiring, and developing talent in your organization in a virtual world.

Session 3--Leadership styles in an Evolving Economy
Facilitated by Maureen Cavanaugh, '82, Senior Vice President, Chief Commercial Officer at Lannett Company

For senior level executives who are managing complex situations in an evolving economy.

Session 4--Leadership in the Community
Facilitated by Tanya Morris, MA '04, Founder and CEO of Mom Your Business

For individuals that are looking to enhance their leadership skills by engaging in volunteer service through non-profits, community boards, civic associations and professional associations.

WOMEN IN LEADERSHIP
VIRTUAL AWARD CEREMONY at 6:00 p.m.

The Alumni Association will recognize SallyAnne Harper, '76 with the inaugural Women in Leadership Award.

SallyAnne Harper is an independent member of the Federal Accounting Standards Advisory Board (FASAB) which serves the public interest by issuing federal financial accounting standards and guidance. Ms. Harper was the Vice President and Executive Officer of AOC Solutions, Inc.’s Government Financial Management practice.
